There's something truly special about a cup of tea that's been designed and blended by hand. Each of our tea blends is created for taste, quality, and freshness.
Our small-batch, loose leaf teas offer a complexity of flavours from carefully selected, real ingredients. Every cup is a journey of discovery, a moment of well deserved indulgence, and a celebration of the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into creating the ideal blend - to give you the perfect cup of tea.
Noëlle 2024 Christmas Tea
Celebrate all things Christmas with the annual release of our limited edition Noëlle blend tea. Available only until stock runs out, this is one you won’t want to leave in your cart.
This small batch, seasonally spiced blend takes months to prepare and is made only once a year. It is perfect as a black tea or rich and creamy with the addition of milk of choice.
Ingredients: Australian black tea, Australian orange, ginger, cinnamon, cacao, cardamom, nutmeg, star anise. Infused with Australian vanilla and clove.

Each ingredient is individually selected for taste and every blend is tried and tested for deliciousness.
Where possible we source local first and then Australian suppliers. We pride ourselves on using either organic, chemical free or wild harvested and only ever real ingredients - no flavourings.
By using loose leaves the blend is primarily made up of high quality, whole leaves meaning more flavour and freshness. Steeping the leaves without a bag allows them to absorb water and expand as they infuse, increasing the taste.
Leftover leaves can be put into the garden or compost, along with each of our 100% compostable bags.
